Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated policies published by 777gd.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 777gd Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this site.

By registering an account on 777gd, clicking the account confirmation checkbox, or by accessing any game, betting market, or service offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

777gd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Where changes are material, 777gd will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players through on-platform notifications or by email to the registered address. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money games and betting services on 777gd, you must register a personal account. Registration is free, and each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and not misleading. 777gd reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill.

Eligibility requirements for registration on 777gd are as follows:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777gd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on 777gd, whether active, suspended, or closed. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Own name and funds: You must register using your own identity and deposit only funds that belong to you. Use of another person's payment method or identity is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you or applied by 777gd.

777gd conducts age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Verification documents may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any other point during a Player's account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 777gd may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed. Players who provide false or fraudulent identification documents will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777gd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a technical error that results in a failed or pending deposit, Players should contact the 777gd support team with transaction reference details. 777gd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad, once a transaction has been successfully transmitted from the Player's end.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Per-method daily limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal minimum: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Processing times thereafter depend on the selected payment method; bKash and Nagad transfers are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• KYC requirement: All Players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. 777gd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions are in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied by 777gd; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for international transactions where applicable.

777gd does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside 777gd's control. Players are encouraged to confirm fee structures with their chosen payment provider prior to transacting. 777gd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

777gd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Bonuses credited to a Player's account are classified as Bonus Funds and are held separately from real-money Balance until wagering requirements are met. A Player may only withdraw Bonus Funds after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 of eligible bets to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies eligibility conditions. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only. Existing Players are not eligible for new-player welcome offers.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, low-margin table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). The contribution schedule for each game category is published within the promotion description.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bonus bet: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single bet of ৳500 applies unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Abuse prevention: 777gd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or collusion with other Players.
• No-deposit bonuses: Where offered, no-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the promotion. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will not be transferable to the real-money balance.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 777gd, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that does not harm the Platform, other Players, or third parties. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered accounts.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and current personal information at all times and update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 777gd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage-play purpose that undermines the integrity of the games.
• Comply with all applicable anti-money laundering requirements and ensure that all funds deposited are derived from legitimate, lawful sources.
• Use responsible gaming tools available on the Platform if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Register more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on 777gd.
• Exploit software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known bug or error are void and must be returned.
• Collude with other Players or engage in any form of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Use the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated voluntarily or applied by 777gd.
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward 777gd staff, support agents, or other Platform users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the 777gd Platform, including its software, game logic, or intellectual property.
• Access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted. 777gd's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

Age Restriction & Responsible Gaming

777gd operates a strict 18+ minimum age policy. Gambling is an adult activity, and the Platform is committed to preventing access by minors and supporting Players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

No person under the age of 18 years may register an account on 777gd, deposit funds, access games, or participate in any betting activity offered through the Platform. This age restriction is enforced through KYC identity verification and account monitoring. Where 777gd has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending documentary verification. Any winnings accrued during the period in which an underage person accessed the Platform will be voided.

777gd provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Players through their account settings. These tools include: deposit limits (configurable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from 777gd may do so by contacting the support team. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Account Suspension & Closure

777gd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances where these Terms & Conditions have been breached or where there is a legitimate operational, regulatory, or security reason to do so.

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player without prior engagement with 777gd's support team, suspected underage access, or conduct deemed harmful to other Players or to the integrity of the Platform.

• Voluntary closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 777gd support team. Where a real-money balance remains, 777gd will process a withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to any pending KYC or compliance checks.
• Involuntary suspension: When 777gd suspends an account, the Player will be notified by email where reasonably practicable. A suspended account's balance will be held securely pending the outcome of any investigation. If the suspension is lifted, the balance remains available. If the account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Disputed closures: Players who believe their account has been closed or suspended incorrectly may submit a written dispute to [email protected]. 777gd will acknowledge the dispute within 5 business days and provide a final determination within 30 business days.
• Self-exclusion: Accounts closed at a Player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are treated differently from standard closures. Self-excluded Players will not receive promotional communications and re-access requests will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and responsible gaming assessment.

Upon permanent account closure for any reason, 777gd will retain necessary records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations. These Terms & Conditions, and all provisions that by their nature should survive closure (including dispute resolution, intellectual property, liability limitations, and anti-fraud provisions), remain in effect after an account is closed.
